Our tale begins in 1988 in Hong Kong, when our founder, Mr. Prem Bahadur Katuwal, was traveling with his friends for business purposes. During his stay in Hong Kong, he faced many employment-related problems, as all Nepalese did at that time. Then, after returning from Hong Kong, Mr. Prem Bahadur Katuwal, along with his nine friends, went to Korea for better opportunities. After a few months, he comes to the conclusion that foreign employment has better prospects in Nepal. This visit had a significant influence on the establishment of Sky Overseas in Nepal. Along with Mr. Katuwal and his three friends, Bal Bahadur, Ram, and Top Rana inaugurated the Sky Overseas recruitment service company in 1998. 

After departing Sky Overseas in 2001, Mr. Katuwal founded Blue Sky International, which was formally recognized as a recruitment agency in Nepal with the slogan "Our Vision, Your Secure Future." With strong determination and commitment to empowering the nation, Mr. Katuwal and his team are fostering careers for the competent Nepalese workforce seeking numerous job opportunities across the world. Since the inception of Blue Sky International, the company has attained many pinnacles of accomplishment in the past and will always work for the betterment of the nation and its people.
