2. Power of Attorney
(Above two documents must be printed in the concerned company letter head duly signed by the authorized person affixed with company stamp and must be attested from Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Nepal Embassy as well)
3. Agency Agreement
4. Employment Contract
5. Guarantee Letter
(Above three documents must be printed in the concerned company letter head duly signed by the authorized person affixed with company stamp. No attestations are required in these documents).
Documents required for visa endorsement purpose
1. Electronic Wakala
2. Visa Slip
3. CR Copy
If the visa stamping sector is Dhaka, Electronic Wakala should be prepared in favour of our agency.
If the visa stamping sector is Bombay, Electronic Wakala should be prepared in favour of the agencies in India.
